Why we’re launching Cloudgrads

There is a growing technology skills gap in the modern workplace and a highly competitive market for finding talented cloud and data specialists who are passionate, productive and have the specific skills required for digital transformation to ensure business growth. That’s why we’ve launched Cloudgrads. 

We know that traditional educational routes alone won’t cut it so we’ve developed a graduate programme with ongoing mentorship by our experts and a series of modules and assessments. Cloudgrads learn how to build data platforms and pipelines through services such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks and Synapse Analytics in a hands-on environment. After 12-months, the graduate enters the customer’s workforce as a permanent, fully-trained employee.
